Alan K. Goldstein, JD

Mr. Goldstein contributed as a senior editor to the CGL Reporter Editorial Board in 2014–2017, principally on the topics of environmental law and admiralty and maritime law.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the law firm of Goldstein and Price, LC, which is based in St. Louis and conducts a national practice. He has represented major corporations in complex litigation and commercial transactions involving issues of insurance coverage for more than 30 years. Mr. Goldstein is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Law & Politics, and is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Thelton E. Henderson, US District Court, Northern District of California, in 1981–1982.

Mr. Goldstein earned his bachelor of arts degree, with highest distinction, from Northwestern University and his juris doctor degree from Stanford University, where he was Order of the Coif. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Missouri Bar, and the Illinois State Bar Association, and he has been admitted to numerous federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.
