Ms. Aldama is a commercial litigator who focuses on complex insurance recovery matters. She has represented policyholders on many complex issues, including issues related to disaster recovery and those arising in successful London arbitrations under the Bermuda Form. Ms. Aldama also has extensive experience with complex commercial and appellate litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as with alternative dispute resolution both domestically and in the cross-border context.
