Adjunct Professor of Master of Business Administration Programs
After spending nearly 45 years leading successful underwriting, sales, product, and operations teams, Michael Koscielny, MBA, ITP, CPCU, CIC, ARe, AIC, API, AIS, AINS, now focuses on his other true passion: teaching and inspiring others through his real-life experiences. He conducts this by serving as an adjunct professor of master of business administration programs at The University of Olivet, instructor at the Academy of Insurance, and national faculty member for the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance, as well as through his efforts as founder of Born2Lead, LLC, and longtime member of The Institutes CPCU Society. Mr. Koscielny is also a leadership coach helping young professionals master the processes of great leadership and the leadership behaviors that encourage those they are leading to respond. In 2023, Mr. Koscielny released Born2Lead: Lessons in Leadership, which has sold over 500 copies on 4 continents.
