Ms. Domash's practice includes advising and representing clients in both the public and private sectors in a wide range of education, labor, and employment matters. Ms. Domash also has significant experience with a variety of corporate and board governance matters, including policy review, contract review, and Freedom of Information Act and Open Meetings Act concerns.

Ms. Domash represents clients in litigation matters and in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. Her practice involves issues related to discrimination and harassment claims, teacher dismissals, employee misconduct, collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, general contract matters, policy development, student due process matters, and student discipline and residency.

Ms. Domash is a cum laude graduate of the Illinois College of Law, where she earned a Rickert Award for excellence in advocacy, was a student attorney in the Family Advocacy Clinic and Federal Civil Rights Clinic, and served as president of the Education Law and Policy Society. While in law school, she was as a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Chancery Division at the Daley Center. Ms. Domash received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
