Stephen Rotter

Mr. Rotter provides workplace advice and counsel for Colorado, Illinois, and national employers. After serving clients as a human resources consultant, he joined the US Postal Service Law Department, focusing on investigations and employment hearings. Mr. Rotter thereafter was appointed as a federal prosecutor to investigate and charge white-collar crimes against workers.

In 2013, Mr. Rotter joined Littler Mendelson in Chicago and subsequently continued his work with Ogletree Deakins in Denver, focusing on everything workplace related. Mr. Rotter founded the Workplace Counsel in 2019 to fill the needs of many companies requiring practical, effective, and efficient advice and counsel. His clients appreciate real-world solutions leading to successful results whether involving guidance, litigation, investigations, settlement negotiations, or training. Mr. Rotter also recently founded the Workplace Mediators to help facilitate resolution between companies and their employees.
