Mr. Pedro has practiced law for over 20 years, focusing on a diverse insurance coverage counseling and litigation practice. Over the years, he has represented both insurers and policyholders in complex first-party and third-party coverage matters in multiple jurisdictions.
In addition to his insurance coverage practice, Mr. Pedro defends insurance brokers and agents and architects and engineers in professional liability cases. He also handles construction accidents, transportation cases, subrogation, products liability, premises liability, copyright, and other general litigation matters.
Mr. Pedro earned his juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
