Frequently Asked Questions

The following are answers to some of the questions most often asked of our Customer Success staff. For more detailed explanations of any of these items, please check out the videos on the How To Use IRMI page. If you forget your password, go to the sign-in page and click on the phrase "Forgot your password." Then, type in the email address you registered with, and you will receive a message that a "Password Reset Request" has been sent to your email address. When you receive the email, please follow the instructions provided.

There are different steps to follow based on whether or not you are the individual who purchased the subscription to IRMI online. 

If someone other than you purchased your IRMI subscription, the registration instructions were emailed to that individual at your company. If they have not forwarded you the registration email containing your account number and registration link, ask them to share it with you.

Once you have your account number and registration email link, follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign in to your IRMI Online account. If you do not have an IRMI Online account, you will first need to create one. See How to Create an IRMI Account.
  2. Navigate to the registration email and click on the registration link.
  3. On the registration page, enter the account number found in the registration email. Click "submit."

Once you have successfully connected your IRMI subscription to your account, your subscription resources will appear under "My Access" in the product navigation on the left side of the window.

If you purchased a subscription by calling Customer Success, follow these instructions.

  1. Check your email for a link to the registration page and your account number.
  2.  Sign in to your IRMI account. If you do not have an IRMI account you will first need to create onee. See How to Create an IRMI Account.
  3. Navigate to your registration email. Click on the registration link.
  4. On the registration page, enter your account number provided in your registration email. Click submit.

Once you have successfully connected your IRMI account to your subscription, your subscription resources will appear under "My Access" in the product navigation on the left side of the window.

If you purchased your subscription through our online shopping cart, you are already registered as part of the purchase process. Your subscription resources will appear under "My Access" in the product navigation on the left side of the window

Still unable to access your subscriptions? Contact IRMI Customer Success

  1. Click the Sign in icon at the top right of the website.
  2. On the login page, enter your email address. Click Next.
  3. Select Send Code.
  4. Check your email for a message from IRMI containing your verification code. Type or paste the code in the box provided and select "Verify code."
  5. After your email address is verified, click Continue.
  6. Next, create your password. Your password must have at least 8 characters and include each of the following: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  7. You will be redirected to the "My Contact Info" section of your IRMI.com Profile Options. Please tell us about yourself so we can better serve you. You will be required to complete this section before continuing.
  8. Review and accept the terms of use.
  9. Select "Save Changes."

If you have difficulties setting up your IRMI Online account,  contact IRMI Customer Success.

IRMI accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit card - Make a payment through the IRMI Payment Portal.  (To use the payment portal you will need to use a separate login and password.)

Check - All checks must be payable on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Please include your invoice number on the check.
