IRMI Launches Free Personal Lines Pilot Newsletter

Dallas, TX, May 15, 2003International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) will launch its newest e-zine, Personal Lines Pilot, in August 2003. This free monthly newsletter is designed to keep agents, CSRs, underwriters, adjusters, and attorneys up-to-date on the latest news and developments affecting personal lines insurance. Personal Lines Pilot is available to anyone interested in personal lines insurance. 

Personal Lines Pilot will help insurance professionals provide superior service to their personal lines customers.
