WebCE Promotes Jennifer Haworth to President

Dallas, TX, November 18, 2014—Today, International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), announced that Jennifer Haworth, 38, has been promoted to president of its wholly owned subsidiary, WebCE, Inc., and succeeds Gary Henkel, who has been in the role of CEO and president since 2002.

Haworth will assume Henkel’s responsibilities on January 1. Henkel will remain CEO until May 1, 2015, working with Haworth to ensure a smooth leadership transition. On May 1, 2015, Henkel will retire from his executive roles at WebCE, and IRMI President and CEO Jack Gibson will become CEO of WebCE in addition to his roles at IRMI.

She possesses deep knowledge on all aspects of WebCE’s business affairs," said Jack Gibson. Haworth joined the company in 2002 and became vice president of marketing in November 2006 and COO in January 2013. During that time, WebCE became the undisputed leader in providing state-approved continuing education for licensed insurance professionals. In the last few years, WebCE expanded its CE business model into other professions, including Certified Financial Planners^®, CPAs, mortgage brokers, tax professionals, funeral directors, and numerous industry certification and designation programs.
