Mr. Kerr is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a decade of experience, specializing in captive insurance taxation. He has an extensive background in accounting, financial operations, consulting, and capital syndication. His expertise includes developing risk solutions in both financing and operations, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of insurance, finance, business consulting, and accounting to create tailored solutions for clients.
Mr. Kerr holds bachelor's degrees in finance and risk management, as well as accounting, from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he also played football. Additionally, he attended and played football at the United States Air Force Academy.
Mr. Kerr serves as treasurer of the Oklahoma Wrestling Association and is a board member and treasurer of the Urban Bridge. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Bar Association, Captive Insurance Companies Association, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
