Brent M. Rubin

Mr. Rubin is an associate at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP, who represents individuals, businesses, and government entities in litigation at the trial and appellate levels. His practice includes complex business disputes, insurance coverage, and construction. Mr. Rubin has defended a number of clients against claims of fraud, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty. His construction experience includes delay and defect claims, lien and collection matters, and defending personal injury and property damage claims based on the work of subcontractors. Mr. Rubin also assists the firm's clients with immigration issues. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
