Carl Morello, P.E., ARM, ALCM, AFIS

Mr. Morello has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry focused on underwriting, risk management, and loss control.

Mr. Morello is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM) designations and the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS®) certification. He has master's degrees in business administration and management from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, as well as a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and National Safety Council.

Mr. Morello has been published multiple times in Insurance Journal on risk management topics. He has also presented at the NFPA world conference, the IRMI Emmett J Vaughan Agribusiness Conference, and numerous industry association conferences. Prior to his insurance career, he worked in the engineering and construction fields.
