Cathie Bigger-Smith, CSP, ARM

Ms. Bigger-Smith is coauthor of a series of safety articles. She is a risk control consultant providing evaluation and consulting expertise in workers compensation and occupational safety and health. For the past 30 years she has provided safety services to a wide variety of industries, having served as a senior loss control consultant for two major insurers and as a safety and injury management consultant for a major broker. Ms. Bigger-Smith received her B.S. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. She is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. She also holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
