Dale E. Butler, JD

Mr. Butler coauthored "Basics of Contract Law" and "Alternative Dispute Resolution." He is a solo practitioner based in the Dallas, Texas area, focusing on construction law and business litigation. Mr. Butler's construction practice includes contracting, drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution on behalf of owners, contractors, and sureties, including both litigation and arbitration experience. Mr. Butler is also a LEED^® Accredited Professional who counsels clients on a variety of issues related to green buildings. His business litigation practice includes assisting companies, financial institutions, landlords and tenants, and insurance companies in a wide variety of matters. Mr. Butler received his B.A. degree from Abilene Christian University and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
