Damon Ranieri

As the Construction Innovation and Sustainability partner at AXA XL, Damon Ranieri has 2 decades of leadership and project experience and expertise. With a foundation rooted in manufacturing, he has more than 24 years of industry experience with technology related to design engineering, sustainable building, building information modeling (BIM), virtual design and construction (VDC), preconstruction, digital transformation, and project management. Before joining AXA XL, he ran his own technology consulting practice supporting clients similarly to AXA XL's approach. Prior to that, he set up the BIM department for LendLease Chicago and a VDC department for a regional general contractor.

Mr. Ranieri is an adjunct professor for Northwestern University's Master of Project Management program, teaching computer-integrated project delivery for the Robert McCormick School of Engineering. He also holds a master's degree in executive management for design and construction from Northwestern and a Construction Documents Technologist credential from the Construction Specifications Institute.
