Daniel Finerty

In his role as attorney at Lindner & Marsack, S.C., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mr. Finerty defends employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) claims for national and regional public-sector insurers and their third-party administrators (TPAs). He regularly counsels and trains claim professionals on best practices in handling EPLI claims. Mr. Finerty also defends Native American tribes and their TPAs in tribal employment litigation. Mr. Finerty is admitted to practice, and maintains admission to practice, in 15 different tribal courts in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Oklahoma; is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin; has a pending application to the State Bar of Illinois; and he is admitted to practice in several federal district courts. Mr. Finerty is an active member of the Wisconsin Defense Counsel, the state Defense Research Institute (DRI) affiliate; an active member of The Gavel, Your Claims Defense Network^© (www.thegavel.net) and its Workplace Matters Group, which addresses the needs of claims and risk professionals in EPLI and workers compensation defense; and is a member of the DRI's Native Nations Law Task Force.
