Darius N. Kandawalla, JD

Mr. Kandawalla is a member in Bailey Cavalieri LLC's Directors and Officers Liability practice group. His practice primarily involves the representation of professional liability insurers in federal class action securities and ERISA litigation, as well as in other matters involving corporate governance, fiduciary, employment, and professional liability issues. He regularly consults with insurance companies on coverage and underwriting decisions and has represented insurers in numerous mediations, arbitrations, and lawsuits. Prior to joining Bailey Cavalieri, Mr. Kandawalla served as an assistant attorney general in the Business and Government Regulation Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

He graduated cum laude from Bowling Green State University with a B.A. in English and received a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the Ohio State University School of Law.
