David H. Anderson, Esq., CPCU, ARM

Mr. Anderson is a partner at Schiff Hardin LLP in Chicago. A member of the firm's Insurance Practice Group, he concentrates his practice in insurance coverage-related counseling and litigation. He has extensive experience in the representation of policyholders, insurers, and reinsurers in litigation and arbitration involving environmental, intellectual property, defective construction, excess liability, first-party property, business interruption, insolvency, and other issues in state and federal district courts. Mr. Anderson is a frequent speaker and author on coverage-related issues. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
