Edgar Martinez is the principal research analyst and editor for Businessowners Policy and Endorsement Analysis and Practical Risk Management. He also contributes material to several IRMI references including Commercial Auto Insurance,IRMI Workers Comp, and Personal Risk Management and Insurance. Mr. Martinez received his master of business administration and master of science in business analytics with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas. Also from the University of Texas at Dallas, he holds a bachelor of science (summa cum laude) in finance and marketing with a concentration in risk management and insurance. He has the professional Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Prior to joining IRMI, Mr. Martinez worked at a personal lines insurance agency in the Dallas area.
