Francis V. Liantonio, Jr.

Mr. Liantonio is coauthor of "Maritime Personal Injury Law," "The Longshore Act Including OCSLA," "The Defense Base Act," and "The Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act." He is a native of New York who graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1983. He joined Adams and Reese upon his graduation from Loyola University in 1988 and is a partner of the firm. He has extensive experience handling maritime and oil field personal injury, death, and property damage litigation. In addition, he practices in the areas of insurance coverage and litigation, tort products liability litigation, maritime and oil field contracts, and marine pollution. He is a member of both the Louisiana and Texas Bar and a member of the Louisiana, Texas, and American Bar Associations; Maritime Law Association of the United States; and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He is a frequent lecturer at professional and industry seminars.
