Vice President, Revenue Operations
Ms. Vincent leads the Marketing and Client Engagement teams, with responsibility for customer acquisition and support, sales, and brand management. Before joining IRMI in 2018, Ms. Vincent was the chief marketing officer for Pinnacle Motor Club, as well as the president of National Motor Club, one of the largest independently owned motor clubs in the United States. Prior to that, she held various leadership roles with an association management company where she was responsible for member acquisition and retention campaigns, event planning, digital marketing, and brand management for several national associations. Ms. Vincent graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University with a bachelor of arts in mass communications. She holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) certification.
