R. Jane Lynch, Esq.

Ms. Lynch is coauthor of "Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements," "Commercial Real Estate Mortgages," and "Commercial Property Management Agreements." She is a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Goodkin & Lynch, LLP, and has extensive experience in real estate and business litigation, and in insurance coverage and risk management for developers, homebuilders, lenders, and investors. Ms. Lynch earned her law degree in 1993 from the University of Southern California Law Center. She was awarded American Jurisprudence Awards for Torts and Legal Writing, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Arleigh Woods, Presiding Justice for Division Four of the California Court of Appeal for the Second Appellate District. Ms. Lynch received her B.A. in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
