Mr. Warner is the founder and president of Warner Risk Group, a firm dedicated to assisting businesses adopt ERM programs, located in Celebration, Florida. One of the world's leading proponents of proactive corporate ERM strategies, he formed WRG in 2012 after retiring from Mars, Inc., where he served as chief risk officer and developed its award-winning ERM program. Prior to that, he was a corporate risk analyst for Texas Instruments, Inc., heading up the company's global captive and property insurance program.
