Laura G. Kelly is the coauthor of "Cost Allocation." She is the assistant vice president of risk management for United Services Automobile Association (USAA), a multibillion-dollar diversified financial services provider. Ms. Kelly's 16 years of resource management have been essential in her endeavors to promote cost-effective risk management decisions resulting in significant savings to USAA. Ms. Kelly received a B.S. degree in accounting from Samford University and her MBA from Auburn University, both with distinction. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and has earned an Associate in Risk Management designation.
