Leonard T. Napoli

Mr. Napoli is the author of "Developing a Risk Management Manual." Mr. Napoli served as a risk management consultant and wrote numerous articles on construction risk issues for publications such as the American Bar Association's Barrister Magazine, the Tri-State Real Estate Journal, and Refractory Today.
