Ms. Rieger authored "Surety Bond Requirements in Construction Contracts," and coauthored "Basics of Contract Law" and "Alternative Dispute Resolution." She is a shareholder in the Construction Practice Group at Winstead PC and is one of seven members of the firm's management committee. Ms. Rieger represents both public and private owners and developers of commercial, hospital, airport, multifamily, and condominium projects in all aspects of their construction matters. She is the former chair of the State Bar of Texas (Construction Law Section) and a member of the Dallas Bar Association Construction Law Section and American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice Section, Forum Committee on Construction Industry, Construction Litigation Subcommittee). Ms. Rieger has been recognized by: Best Lawyers in America, Construction Law; Chambers & Partners USA Guide to America's Best Business Lawyers, Construction; Texas Super Lawyer, Construction; Texas Monthly's, Best Lawyers, Construction Law; D.
