Nikki Jackson, MBA, CPCU, ARM, CDMS

Ms. Jackson ("Nerdy Nikki") is a data-driven, strategic executive leader with 17-plus years of experience in the property and casualty insurance and benefits-delivery industry. During her career, Ms. Jackson has affected almost every aspect of the claims management process, working with over 100 Fortune 500 companies, dozens of third-party administrators and insurers, and countless vendors in various roles from operations to strategy and marketing. Skilled at growing teams and businesses, she is an innovative thinker invested in cutting-edge technology who leverages digital media to educate and showcase solutions for various stakeholders. She authored the insurance industry's largest academic research study on the talent shortage and is passionate about attracting and retaining talent.

Ms. Jackson earned a master of business administration (MBA) degree and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) designations.
