Prior to becoming founder and CEO of RH Business Ventures, she held leadership roles at AXA XL, Turner Construction Company, and Gallagher Bassett Technical Services, where she empowered C-suite leaders to innovate their risk management strategies. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and ENR Top 400 contractors across diverse industries, including construction, property, casualty, and professional liability. She has a proven track record of helping organizations achieve their risk management, innovation, and growth goals.
As cofounder of the AXA XL Ecosystem, Ms. Hall developed an intrapreneurial business model that merges insurance and technology to proactively reduce risk and drive sustainable growth.
