Tom Houlihan
Regional Head of Alternative Risk Transfer
Mr. Houlihan is regional head of the Americas, alternative risk transfer (ART) at Allianz Commercial. Based in New York, he joined AGCS in 2014 as an executive underwriter in liability and previously was Northeast team leader and regional practice group leader for construction, liability national accounts, before joining ART in 2020. Mr. Houlihan earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Maryland.
